Gettin started
Utilising Treegarden ATS starts with accessing the dashboard interface. It is specifically designed to work as a homepage where information can be accessed on a glimpse.
On the upper right side of the screen you will find the search button, notification bell and the profile image. Clicking on the profile image will reveal the user menu.
By clicking on “Profile” it will lead you to the general user menu that will enable you to control your account.
By clicking “Settings” tab you will have the option of modifying your user details such as name, address, business name, time zone.
Choosing a time zone will set your user account to the desired location and ensure that all the communication timestamps are recorded to your chosen time. By default only Recruiter Admin can modify time-zone and this impacts every other users (Hiring Manager and Recruiter users respectively).
By selecting the Edit Profile button in the Account Settings menu you will be able to change your profile image as well as email address and reset password.
