Each open job will have it’s own separate columns throughout which you can view and manage candidates. We call this a Kanban board.
You can add as many steps as you like and you can rename (edit) or remove them completely.
You can also hide any column, this feature is especially useful for removing from view candidates that have been rejected. Highlighted in yellow colour.
Clicking on each candidate’s name will open up an interface panel that includes individual information related to that candidate only.
The interface is split in two, on the left side we have the candidate’s application details such as email address, CV, amend status and rejection button. The platform automatically identifies multiple applications coming from the same candidate and notifies you on the upper left side of the screen.
Navigating between candidates can be done easily through the back and forward buttons sitting between the panels in the upper middle part of the screen. Switching between candidate profiles will happen for the ones that are sitting in the same column.
The activity tab will display a history of every interaction that the candidate has had either active (candidate applying) or passive (candidate being progressed). It includes brief info for when and who has moved the candidate in any given interview stage. Also here, comments made by recruiters or hiring managers will also show up here.
The discussion tab enables effective communication between recruiters, hiring managers and external collaborators. It is the main hub for including feedback regarding any given candidate. Users can post reviews about candidates, tag/mention other users, give ratings to candidates. This tab is separate from the candidate’s reach, thus ensuring full privacy.
The messaging tab allows reaching out directly to the candidate utilising templates that you can create or edit. You can also include any attachments to the emails being sent. Candidates respond back into the messaging tab as well as you receiving an email notification when they respond.
