The job interface helps managing the entire list of open or closed position you have. On the right side of the screen you have two search boxes that can filter specific jobs based on job title or location. Especially useful when navigating throughout multiple job openings.
By clicking on the Create job button, you will have the option of creating a new job opening.
Scrolling down after you complete those fields will lead to some additional non-mandatory info that you can include. By default the job is set to medium priority however you can modify that with ease.
Hit next and then you will be asked about the compensation info. You can utilise multiple options like range or exact figure in any currency.
Hit the next button and then you will be directed to an overview of the job
Scrolling downwards will reveal a menu in which you can include your name and work email address so that you can receive from the system an automated email with the above overview details. Also here you can decide on which platforms to advertise. By default the system will publish automatically on your career site page as well as Indeed website.
Once you click publish you will receive a confirmation that the job has been posted successfully.
Each new position created gets assigned a Job ID – a unique reference number that can help especially when having multiple jobs of the same job title.
You can change the job status by clicking on the button on the right side of the screen. From here you can have the role Active and advertising; Hold – visible but not advertising, Archived – not visible, not advertising and Close for when the position is filled.
